Yearbooks
Proven Pictures offers three styles of yearbooks: saddle-stitched, soft cover perfect bound and hard cover. Our saddle-stitched books ship 3 weeks from the date of proof approval and our perfect bound and hard cover books ship in 4 weeks or less. Books range in page lengths of 16 to 176 pages, depending on the book style you select. All book covers are finished with a protective coating to enhance the look and add a layer of protection.
Artwork can be submitted in one of two ways: 1) LumaPix Yearbook Fusion software or 2) PDF file created in software you already use. Proven Pictures will supply you with Yearbook Fusion for free. This software provides an easy method of designing yearbooks using a quick import of a PSPA CD so you don’t have to place each individual student picture, saving you and your school valuable design time. Loaded into the software are thousands of clipart pieces, hundreds of backgrounds, no font restrictions, and templates already set up to match our manufacturing specifications. If you chose to provide us with a PDF, you will be supplied documentation of our book size requirements so your book will fit right in with our manufacturing capabilities.
Church Directories & Event Books
Interested in creating a church directory, sports book, reunion book, dance studio book or recognize a group in your community? Just like our yearbooks, we offer the opportunity to use either Yearbook Fusion or submit a PDF for any other book you would like to create. We offer the exact same book styles, manufacturing standards, and quality control checks for your church and event books as we do for yearbooks.
Envelopes & Posters
Envelopes
Need to supply your schools with a method to collect money for yearbook orders? If you have signed up a school to have their books produced by Proven Pictures then you can get FREE envelopes for the school. Order as many as you need.
Posters
We have a variety of poster templates for you to choose from. Help boost yearbook sales by putting up posters around the school. If you have signed up a school to have their books produced by Proven Pictures then you can get 5 FREE yearbook sales posters for the school.
Remind students and parents that picture day is approaching at school. Post signs around the church to remind the congregation to have their picture taken on a designated day. Picture day reminder posters can be adjusted for any of the events you photograph: sports teams, dance schools, reunions, you name it. If you have signed up a school or organization to have their books produced by Proven Pictures then you can order picture day posters at a minimal cost.
Academic Service Items
Proven Pictures now offers saddle-stitched academic calendars. With the use of the LumaPix software, we have templates ready for quick and easy studio or school customization.
In the near future we plan to add several more items including student mug books, student planners, sticker prints, and ID cards. Keep checking back to see if we have these items ready for you to order.
